Team Repli-Cast UK Racing are now set to run two bikes in the Monster Energy Motostar British Championship 2013, with exciting youngster Asher Durham in the saddle, alongside Paul Jordan.

13 Year old, Derby based Asher Durham will join Team Repli-Cast UK Racing for his second year of the British Championship. Already being a dominant force in 2009 with the Minimotos, he then moved upwards to the Superteens in 2011, where his last race weekend of that year saw Asher finish with three seconds and that prestigious first place. This long list of achievements resulted in Asher being the youngest person in 2011 to be invited to the Red Bull Rookies Selection which took place in Aragon, Spain.

2012 was Asher’s first season in the Monster Energy Motostar Championship, on board his Honda 125GP bike, straight away making history by being the smallest and possibly the youngest rider in British Superbike history. At 13 years old, weighing in at only 30kg and only measuring 4’16”. He was very consistent throughout the year, improving his lap times every time he was out on track; his best result recorded was at the notorious Silverstone Circuit.

2013 is looking set to be an exciting year for the Team with Durham now looking forward to partnering Jordan, starting the season off Testing at Cartagena in early March, with the all new highly competitive Repli-Cast Honda 125GP bikes, the Team looks set to make a serious attempt at the 2013 Championship.

Gary Dawson – Team Manager
“I always liked the determination and ambition that Asher showed in his first year at BSB and know that we can now mould him in to a front runner. I will be working one to one with him and know this youngster will be a star of the future and look forward to being part of that.”

Asher Durham – #64
“I am not just pleased to be in a Team, but to be in a team that genuinely is there for the youngsters is awesome. After the learning year that was 2012 I’m sure in 2013, with Repli-Cast behind me things will be very different, and I hope to be pushing up at the front. I would just like to thank Gary and the all the Repli-Cast team for this fantastic opportunity.”
