Round four of the 2025 BSB season saw the championship head across the border into Scotland, at the notoriously tricky and tight Knockhill circuit.
The weekend got off to a good start, with Josh Brookes and Lee Jackson placing themselves in third and sixth, respectively, by the end of the opening day’s practice sessions. These results would, once again, automatically put both riders through into the second qualifying session on Saturday.
The team’s hard work continued to pay off in qualifying, as Brookes would put himself fourth on the grid for the weekend’s opening race. On the other side of the garage, Jackson put in the ninth fastest time of the session, albeit just 0.3 off pole.
The opening race of the weekend saw strong performances from both riders, with Brookes bringing it home in sixth, after spending the majority of the race in the fight for fourth. Lee Jackson also had a good race, finishing ninth, making it a double top-ten result for the team.
Sunday’s action would see tricky conditions for both races. The second race of the weekend would see both Brookes and Jackson bring home more vital points for the team in tenth and twelfth respectively.
The conditions didn’t quite go the way of the team in the third and final race of the weekend, with Jackson finishing in fourteenth, whilst Brookes finished just outside the points in sixteenth.
On the whole, it was an up and down weekend for the team, although both Brookes and Jackson demonstrated that they can be well within the mix. Despite the changing and challenging conditions, both riders were able to score important points for the team and the championship throughout the meeting.
The team will be back on track at Brands Hatch for round five of the 2025 BSB season on the 25th to the 27th of July.
