Free Yoshimura exhaust on new GSX-R1000 as Suzuki celebrates BSB successFollowing the Buildbase Suzuki team’s success at the opening round of the 2018 British Superbike Championship – which saw Bradley Ray take a double win on his superbike and Billy McConnell race to victory on his superstock machine – Suzuki is giving away a free Yoshimura exhaust with all new GSX-R1000s and GSX-R1000Rs registered between 3-30 April.

The exhaust is the Hepta Force silencer from the renowned Japanese tuning house, which comes in black carbon and retails for £659, enhancing the race-look of the proven GSX-R1000.

Bradley Ray won both superbike races at Donington Park for round one of the Bennetts British Superbike Championship, while his teammate, Billy McConnell, won both halves of Sunday’s two-part superstock 1000 race. Both men currently lead their respective championships.

In 2017 the GSX-R1000 also won the Australian Superbike Championship, the MotoAmerica Superbike Championship, and the prestigious Isle of Man Senior TT.

The GSX-R1000 uses a host of MotoGP-derived technology, including a variable valve timing system that boosts both peak power and lowdown and midrange torque. It also gets a 10-stage, lean angle-sensitive traction control system, and is currently available as part of Suzuki’s low-rate finance offer which allows customers to choose from 2%, 3%, or 4% APR and a term to match.

The GSX-R1000R benefits from an added bi-directional quickshifter and auto-blipper, launch control, cornering ABS, and Showa’s race-developed Balance Free suspension, plus lightweight top yoke and battery.
