Honda UK Adventure Month commences on April 5 2019 to celebrate the brand’s Adventure model family. Until May 6, offers across this range of motorcycles will make the likes of Africa Twins more enticing than ever. Better yet, any Honda customer purchasing an Adventure model will be eligible to win their money back in full.

All brand-new Africa Twin models, including 2018 and 2019 editions of CRF1000L Africa Twin and Africa Twin Adventure Sports, qualify for 0% finance-purchase packages, which bring about payments as low as £99 per month. The latest incarnation of the flagship model has proved itself a modern-day all-rounder, popular with casual tourers and off-road adventurers alike (plus all riders in between) thanks to its wide-ranging capabilities.

There’s £750 off the On The Road price of the X-ADV, which exists in a class of one courtesy of its combination of unique qualities in the scooter marketplace. The same offer extends to Honda’s adventure-styled, ultimate commuter, the NC750X. Both models are fantastic exponents of Hondas advanced, proprietary DCT gearbox system.

Inclusive of all Adventure models*, including the brand-new CB500X, which takes on greater off-road emphasis for 2019, Adventure Month features a prize draw. Buyers of any Adventure model will be automatically entered into it, and the winner will be reimbursed any funds they have put towards the purchase, in essence rewarding them with a free Honda. This follows on from a similar draw run last month when Joseph Hambridge, from Coventry, won his money back on a CB1000R during Neo Sports week last month.

A new line of limited-edition, Touratech luggage packages for the Africa Twin have been released in conjunction with Adventure Month. For the CRF1000L Africa Twin, customers can choose between ‘Top Box’ and ‘Full Luggage’ kits. As the name suggests, the former includes: a 36L top box, offering a load capacity of 6kg; a front side pipe and a skid plate; heated grips and a quickshifter, all of which are fitted by your local Honda dealer for £2,000. The latter package wraps in all of the above along with a high windscreen and a pair of aluminium panniers that offer a combined volume and load capacity of 66L and 20kg respectively. Fully-fitted the package costs £2,975.

Not forgetting the Africa Twin Adventure Sports, the Touratech line includes the ‘Pannier’ package. Included are the same specification aluminium panniers as above, as well as a quickshifter and front LED fog lights. Fully-fitted the set is priced at £2,415.

All the Touratech packages feature bespoke designed, embossed Honda branding; one key operation and come with a two-year warranty.

To best channel the spirit of Adventure Month it’s worth visiting the Honda Adventure Centre or the Dave Thorpe Honda Off-Road Centre. Both offer riveting, off-road-riding experiences aboard Honda’s most rugged models, such as the Africa Twin Adventure Sports and CRF450L.
