LS2’s Challenger helmet is now available with a full carbon shell, offering first class safety, comfort and practicality for both road and track, in a lightweight package.

Designed and developed in the company’s European HQ in Barcelona, with input from LS2-supported MotoGP riders, the Challenger blends the latest race technology, with first class safety and practicality for the road.

The outer shell is made from 100% high-grade wide weave carbon fibre, so it offers high penetration resistance and energy dispersion, yet weighs in at just 1350 grams. It’s both ACU Gold and ECE 22.05 certified for track and road use.

The carbon shell is produced in three sizes, for the smallest, lightest possible helmet in each fitment range, and has a long-oval shape to follow the natural contour of the head, for a snug and reassuring fit

Up front there’s a quick-release, 3D Optically Correct A-Class Polycarbonate visor, which is ready to accept tear-offs, and comes with a Pinlock Max Vision Anti Fog System as standard. The Challenger is fitted with a flip-down sun visor too.

Dynamic Flow-through Ventilation – featuring adjustable intake ports, internal channels and exhaust ports – keep the wearer cool and comfortable as the temperature rises. The breathable, hypoallergenic liner is removable and washable for season-long freshness and comes with Emergency Release System cheek pads.

A  classic double D­‐ring buckle system provides a secure fit and the chin strap is held firmly in place with LS2’s unique Metal Security Plate.
