LS2’s popular entry-level adventure helmet updated with an all-new ECE 22:06 shell.
LS2 has revamped its popular Pioneer adventure helmet for 2024, with an all new ECE22.06 certified shell, a host of practical features, and fresh colour schemes.
Offering impressive specifications at an accessible price tag, the Pioneer II proves that exploring the globe doesn’t need to cost the earth.
The new shell is made from LS2’s exclusive Kinetic Polymer Alloy (KPA), a strong material rivalling high-end composites, which offers flexibility for energy absorption and high penetration resistance.
It comes in three outer sizes for the smallest, lightest possible helmet in each fitment range, and weighs just 1650g. The long-oval shape and laser-cut foam inserts follow the natural contours of the head for a comfy fit.
Up front, the quick-release visor sits in a large aperture for an uninterrupted view. It’s Pinlock 70 Max Vision-ready, and there’s a drop-down Sun Visor to help deal with glare. The peak is both adjustable and removable, without the need for tools.
The breathable, hypoallergenic lining is removable and washable, and features an Emergency Release System to allow first responders to remove the cheek pads with minimal movement of a fallen rider’s head and neck.
Should you need communication, the Pioneer II is ready for the LS2 INTERCOM (Bluetooth by Cardo), which is specially designed to fit the helmet.
The LS2 Pioneer II comes in sizes XS-3XL, retailing at just £119.99 in solid Black, plus four graphic options – designed to complement the latest crop of adventure bikes – at £139.99
