LS2 Garda Air mesh jacket: Garda Air mesh riding jacket with RUCO®-THERM CMB technology to deal with sticky summer rides
With UK summer temperatures frequently hitting record highs, a good quality mesh riding jacket is fast becoming essential for British bikers.
Named after Lake Garda in Italy – famous for its refreshing alpine mountain breezes – the LS2 Garda Air jacket channels that cooling sensation to help riders stay comfortable when temperatures soar.
The Garda Air combines large mesh panels for maximum airflow with durable Ripstop poly fabric and innovative RUCO®-THERM CMB technology, which helps regulate body temperature on even the hottest days.
Using advanced polymer technology, RUCO®-THERM CMB responds to moisture, providing a pleasant, long-lasting cooling sensation derived from menthol – ideal for staying comfortable during summer rides.
Certified Class A (EN 17092-4:2020), the Garda Air comes fitted with CE Level 1 shoulder and elbow protectors as standard; the elbow protectors sit in an adjustable pocket, allowing two possible positions for a more tailored, secure fit.
There’s also the option to upgrade protection with an LS2 851 CE Level 2 back protector (£29.99) and an optional chest protector (£14.99), both available separately.
A semi-automatic locking YKK Vision front zipper keeps the jacket securely fastened, while adjustment points at the waist, cuffs, and sleeves allow riders to fine-tune the fit. There’s also a handy inner pocket, perfect for a smartphone or wallet.
The Garda Air is available in both Men’s and Women’s sizes, priced at just £119.99 including VAT.
