The Championship heads to Magny-Cours for the next instalment of MotoJunior action with valuable points up for grabs!
Following a breathtaking weekend at Jerez, the FIM MotoJunior World Championship heads to France for Round 4 of the season. With six races, unpredictable racing is guaranteed as the stars of the future look to leave their mark.
Moto3 Junior World Championship
– It couldn’t be closer at the top of the standings as Giulio Pugliese (CFMOTO Aspar Junior Team), Carlos Cano (CFMOTO Aspar Junior Team) and Travis Borg (Team Monlau) enter the weekend tied on 69 points.
– Outside the top three, Yaroslav Karpushin will look to carry his form into France after scoring his first podium and race win in the Moto3 Junior class. The #17 sits P5 in the standings, 13 points adrift in his rookie season.
– Finally, Leonardo Zanni (Momoven Racing) looks to bounce back at Magny-Cours after missing out on victory at Jerez following a Race 1 crash. Zanni took just 11 points from Round 3 and is currently P6 in the Championship.
Moto2 European Championship
– Milan Pawelec (AGR Team) is your new Moto2 European Championship leader following a stunning ride at Jerez. Pawelec took his third win of the season as the Moto2 class gets ready to return to a two-race format in Round 4.
– Unai Orradre (Momoven Racing) remains his closest contender, heading into the weekend just six points adrift of the #44. Eric Fernandez (Fau55TeyRacing) is also in title contention despite being demoted to P4 in the race after receiving a penalty for irresponsible riding last time out.
– Francesco Mongiardo (MMR) is one to watch ahead of this weekend, scoring his second podium of the season following a P2 finish at Jerez. Another Italian who will look to carry his form into this weekend is Alessandro Morosi (Eagle-1), who narrowly missed out on a top-five finish in Spain.
Moto4 European Cup
– Alvaro Lucas (CFMOTO Aspar Junior Team) remains the Championship leader heading to Magny-Cours. The #46 has won three of the opening five races in 2026 and will look to bounce back following a Race 2 crash at Jerez.
– Lorenzo Pritelli (Team Echovit Pasini Racing), Edoardo Savino (Leopard Racing) and Victor Cubeles (Team Impala Honda) will have similar aspirations after being involved at the front in Round 3.
– Mateo Marulanda (AC Racing Team) enters the weekend as our most recent winner, clinching victory last time out. Ignacia Galan (Frando Racing VHC Team) and Qabil Irfan (SIC – GRYD Racing) joined the #27 on the podium in Race 2 at Jerez, adding further momentum.
Stock European Championship
– The Stock European Championship has had yet another shake-up ahead of Magny-Cours, with Yeray Ruiz (Team Honda Laglisse) holding just a 10-point advantage over Jacobo Hinojosa (Futurotel Face Racing), who claimed his first win at Jerez.
– Blai Trias (GV Tamoil Racing) sits P3 in the standings ahead of Round 4, looking to reduce his 15-point deficit in the standings.
– Alberto Garcia (Top Surface Aspar Team) and David Jimenez (MDR Competicion) enter the weekend with added confidence following podiums last time out, whilst Lorenzo Fellon (SF Racing) aims for a return to podium form at his home round.
