Nolangroup Research and Development division is always looking for innovation and advanced solutions able to satisfy the more demanding motorcyclists. Here takes shape X-1003, the new flip-up helmet with a composite fibre shell. The light weight (only 1.500 grams for size M) is only the first feature which will win the most demanding touring riders’ favour. Sporty look and innovative design are the other characteristics making X-1003 the top helmet of the range.

X-1003 is available in three outer shell sizes (XXS-XS-S-M1 / M2-L / XL-XXL-XXXL) and the inner comfort padding, conceived with the best padding, is fully removable and washable. The new shape of the cheek pads offers excellent helmet stability and makes it comfortable for those who use glasses, thanks to the Eyewear Adaptive System. The removable neck roll completes the comfort of the new X-1003.

The Touring Ventilation System provides optimum comfort even during long trips and in the most extreme conditions, thanks to the air intakes on the chin guard and on the shell as well as to the rear hot air extractor.

X-1003 has been conceived with the DUAL ACTION opening system. Positioned in the centre of the chin guard, it allows for easy, one-handed opening. The dual action opening mechanism reduces the risk of accidental opening to a minimum and assures maximum safety. The chin guard rotation movement with elliptical trajectorymakes it possible to keep the total size of the helmet’s front section to a minimum, when the chin guard is open.

The visor is ultra-wide and equipped with tool-free quick released mechanism. Moreover, it features the DOUBLE ACTION mechanism allowing the visor lock to prevent accidental visor opening at high speeds, or visor demisting at low speeds or stops by a minimum visor opening. Scratch Resistant (S/R) and Fog Resistant(F/R) VPS (Vision Protection System).
