“It feels good to come to a circuit I raced at last year. Snetterton threw a curveball in. I was fast, but I felt like the stars weren’t aligning with me. Coming back here I hit the ground running again with the rhythm I’ve already had at a couple of races this year.

“It’s a track I love and I enjoy but I always feel like I can improve and that’s what I’m trying to do. What I like about here is you can be super fast in the first sector, but kind of suck in sector three and four and then maybe get it back at the end!

“So that’s what makes it interesting and tomorrow is going to be exciting but you’ll have to tune into the races to find out!”
