Introducing new and improved 701 Enduro and 701 Supermoto from Husqvarna Mobility
Husqvarna Mobility is excited to announce the 2026 701 Enduro and 701 Supermoto models – innovative machines that have been meticulously upgraded with stronger engines, new bodywork and advanced technology.
Setting the benchmark for large-displacement, single-cylinder motorcycles, the latest 701 Enduro and 701 Supermoto both promise to deliver an unparalleled riding experience.
The two machines, each uniquely characterised by Husqvarna’s Swedish DNA, are equipped with a new 4.2 inch TFT dashboard, which offers enhanced connectivity and a modern interface. An RPM display and gear selection indicator are clearly visible at a glance, while the overall layout stays slim and minimal in its design. From behind the handlebars, riders can quickly personalise their motorcycle by engaging their choice of ride modes and activating or deactivating Traction Control or ABS. These options allow for a truly customised set-up on both the 701 Enduro and 701 Supermoto.
Dynamic Slip Adjust is a brand-new feature on the 701 Enduro. Available exclusively in optional Rally Mode, it automatically adjusts the permitted rear wheel slip based on the available traction in any given situation. Importantly, Dynamic Slip Adjust is designed solely to increase rear wheel slip by lowering the level of Motorcycle Traction Control (MTC) when additional spin is needed – it does not reduce slip.
For example, if a rider is using a high MTC setting and hits a muddy patch or steep climb, the system temporarily allows more wheel spin without cutting engine power. Once traction is regained, torque and slip levels automatically return to the original MTC setting.
Supermoto+ ABS, fitted to the 701 Supermoto, builds on the popular Supermoto ABS Modes from previous generations. This new feature allows riders to deliberately slide the rear wheel through a limited angle when entering corners. During this manoeuvre, ABS remains active on the front wheel for continued stability.
Sport ABS enables the rider to brake more aggressively before the ABS system intervenes, with control maintained on both the front and rear wheels. Compared to Road ABS, Sport ABS permits higher brake pressure at greater lean angles, offering improved control and allowing experienced riders to brake harder before ABS engagement.
Each model now features a redesigned LC4 engine that is Euro 5+ compliant and delivers increased power from 74 PS to 79 PS, along with improved efficiency. This renowned single-cylinder engine produces perfectly linear and controllable power, ensuring exceptional performance together with outstanding chassis agility and handling. Additionally, the updated WP suspension and new electronics, including advanced ride modes and ABS options, further enhance the riding experience.
On the open road, the 701 Enduro is a highly proficient machine with an understated, Swedish-inspired white and blue livery. With the ability to disengage the ABS, riders can take full control of braking on loose terrain. For the 701 Supermoto, a commanding presence throughout every ride is delivered by its distinctive white and yellow colour scheme, while the four-piston Brembo front brake calliper and 320 mm brake disc ensure superior stopping power.
New bodywork is a fundamental technical upgrade on both models, modernising the iconic, classic design of the motorcycles while enhancing the overall riding experience. The latest machines feature restyled graphics for a fresh look, ensuring each one stands out from the crowd.
