CV Racing Launch 2020 Season

CV Racing Launch Season

CV Racing officially launched their 2020 race season with a launch event held at Delkevic UK.  During the event the team unveiled the new look for the team, including new colour scheme and race colours for the riders.

For 2020 CV Racing decided to expand the team by bringing Chris Spooner into the fold.  During 2019 Chris raced the Motorcycle Mover CB500 in Thundersport GB with 4 podium finishes in his first round with the championship.

2020 with see both Carl Vickers and Chris Spooner racing in the Blackbird Corporate Golden Era Supersport Championship, hosted by Thundersport GB.  They will be competing in all eight rounds starting with Brands Hatch on the 28th March 2020.

Carl has competed in the class for the past 4 years on the Yamaha R6 but this will be Chris’s first season on the R6, which they both tested at Oulton park at the weekend.  Both riders are feeling comfortable with the bikes and the set up for the coming season with the aim of podium finishes throughout the season.

This season the team has been given a huge amount of support from sponsors Fuchs Silkolene, Delkevic UK, EBD Brakes, Blackbird Corporate Ltd, Race FX, Bell Helmets, Hel Performance, Knox, Continental Tyres, Helmet City Race Support, Colin Port Images and Jacksons Bikes.  Without the continued support of everyone racing in such a competitive class would be hard, so the team would like to thank everyone for continuing their support for this season.

You can follow the teams progress this year on their Facebook Page CV Racing and all results will be posted on the website following each round www.cvracing.co.uk.
